This is the central repository for Avail information.
Avail is a computer language developed by Mark van Gulik in co-operation with Ghoulsoft Incorporated. It is currently in an early experimental stage, and is not intended for mission-critical use. Most commercial use at this point would not be suggested, but would still be welcome.
Avail is currently provided as an "open source" product, with all source code for it provided at no charge to any interested parties. This code can be reused or even reverse-engineered for any purpose, but Mark van Gulik and Ghoulsoft Incorporated shall retain nonexclusive copyrights to the Avail virtual machine and core modules, but not extensions or modifications made by other parties. That means anybody can do whatever they want with it, except claim they wrote it. Later licence agreements for Avail may be more restrictive, but not retroactively so.
It can be downloaded here for both Macintosh and Windows (Linux is possible but untried at this time -- feel free to volunteer if you have an x86 Linux box and an hour or so to fiddle with things while I'm on the other end of the phone.
These people have included links to Avail - you might want to see what other cool stuff they have for you to peruse...
